We used Core Legal when selling our property through Richard Kendall Estate Agents in Ossett.
We had no problems at all and our sale was completed within the timescale we were originally quoted.
Although based in the NE, we were able visit their local office in Wakefield if we needed to drop off documents or speak to a member of staff.
No problems at all, I'd be happy to recommend Core Legal.

Core Legal through the efficient services of Sally Hare were excellent throughout a rather stressful process, due entirely to the snails pace of the buyers solicitors.
Everything was dealt with in a very professional and outstanding manner.

I've previously experienced issues with solicitors when selling a house, however I am delighted to say Core Legal have been fantastic.
The whole process was made simple and hassle free by Zoe and the team at the Stockton office.
The sale went through quickly and the paperwork was dealt with efficiently, needing minimal effort from me for completion. I would highly recommend.

It took Core legal 6 weeks to complete my purchase. I was referred by my broker who stated they completed all his clients really quickly, I checked the reviews and was a little nervous but trusted his judgement. First week, I missed the digital profile log in details, once I logged in and completed all the documents, it took Vivi exactly 5 weeks to finish everything. I collected my keys today. They never missed a call or email from me, the digital profile was telling me exactly at what stage we were at and what to expect next. Thank you for looking after my family and myself 🫶 Vivi you were amazing!

I would strongly recommend in not using them, I had to deal with the documents and majority of the sale, they were delaying it and had I not chased I would not have brought the property in time. They taken almost three years to provide the title reg which I had to chase on. Not good at all and I’ve asked my mortgage advisor to not provide them to other customers.

Core legal were brilliant every step of the way for our first time house purchase. Always professional, communicated well. Answered all queries we had and explained each step well. Suresh was fantastic on completion day as we had issues with Seller and key hand over. Very supportive kept me calm through a stressful day.
