I have recently used Hannah Solicitors to extend a lease and to re-mortgage a property. I have found the company excellent in all respects. Toqeer and Wasim were very friendly and extremely efficient. They made things so clear and easy to follow that I felt totally relaxed and fully informed at all times. Top rate service at very fair price..

I have received a great service from Hannah Solicitors while buying my new house. I dealt with Shiv, he was professional and very helpful. Despite some difficulties in the process, he helped me overcome issues and all went well. Much appreciated the help and would recommend the firm to anyone.

Shiv and Emma supported us through the purchase of a flat. Both were very efficient and responsive to all our needs and questions throughout the process. On and around completion day, they provided updates every couple of hours so we were of how this was progressing.

I have paid thousands of pounds for divorce proceedings. I have chased and chased for several months with zero feedback. Formal complaint made with the legal ombudsman. Do not use these solicitors.

We have received an amazing service from Hannah solicitors, namely Toqeer Masud and Umer Rashid, who were both faultless: clear with instructions, there when we needed advice and reassurance.
This is our first home, so we weren’t sure on the process and what happened when, but with the support of Toqeer and Umer everything went so smoothly and without any hiccups!

My wife and I visited Hanna Solicitors on the 30th of May 2024 in Hart House Business Centre in Kimpton Road, Luton to finalise our will.
The March free will scheme was explained in detail to us by Danish Ali.
He explained every procedure of this process in an excellent manner.
We were extremely happy with his service and would love to say he is a credit to the company.

Do not touch with a ten-foot pole! They have been the absolute worst conveyancers one could have wished for. Buying a house is not everyday business so it’s hard to know what good and bad service is. That lack of experience cost us many months of uncertainty, anxiety, and miscommunication, and it almost cost us the purchase of our home. After speaking to friends who bought houses, checking online forums, and getting independent advice, it was clear that a nearly 10-month conveyancing process was just an appalling lack of diligence if not outright negligence. It started with a wait of months to raise the first set of enquires, after which many were completely irrelevant (asking for gas certificates in a house without a gas connection, or proof of no digging rights… in the middle of a city!). Then it went on to the deviation from giving us an honest update, deflecting every week, for months. And it finished with the fact that 3 weeks after having signed the contract drafts and done ID verification, when you’re expecting to exchange and complete within days, they realised there were STILL outstanding enquiries, blocking the completion for another two months! At this stage, we lost all faith in them and had to almost beg to the seller not to drop the purchase, as they of course, had been beyond frustrated with the sell. Mind you, some of the fault could be with the seller's solicitors, but if it were, it amazes me that they failed to prompt the difficulties in time, and simply let it drag for that long. We thought our lawyers were supposed to be fighting our corner, but they just went silent for as long as it took for us to pick up the phone. To top it all up, once finally finished, they had the audacity of charging us a ‘fast-processing fee’ and they even made a mistake in paying into the wrong HMRC account for stamp duty (leading to many angry tax collection letters). The poorest of services, and not cheap either.
