I was represented by Dan Svoronos at magistrates court.
Dan was kind, respectful and professional throughout the whole process, and despite the very short timescale he had to prepare for the court appearance. Dan patiently and diligently gathered all the required information and made a clear recommendation as to the plea and walked me through everything ensuring I fully understood everything prior. On the day of court Dan again walked me through everything and ensured everything was fully understood, and despite being run off his feet with other clients Dan always came back to me with updates and done everything he could to get the charges changed/dropped. I was very impressed with the outcome and it probably could have been a lot worst without Dans representation.

Dan Svoronos of Carter Osbourne (Wellingborough) provided a first-class service as my mother's representative solicitor in her Driving Offence charge.
Dan was kind, respectful and professional throughout the whole process, and despite the very short timescale he had to prepare for the court appearance. Dan patiently and diligently gathered all the required information and made a clear recommendation as to the plea.
In court Dan represented my Mother in tenacious and experienced manner, fielding unexpected prosecution claims. My Mother took Dan's advice and she received the best outcome we might have expected.
My thanks also to the superb team supporting Dan in the Wellingborough office. They made us feel comfortable and at ease with what was a very unfamiliar process to endure.

In addition to this we have a thriving Motoring and Road Traffic Law department, led by Alistair Evans, which specialises in all aspects of Motoring and Road Traffic Law and whose efforts could save your driving licence. Whilst we are based in Northamptonshire we have successfully represented people throughout the entire country. We attend the offices of benefit agencies to assist with interviews regarding overpayment. Please contact us to discuss these. We will provide free and independent advice at the police station whether you have been arrested or attending a voluntary interview and this is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. From the start to the conclusion of your case the team at Carter Osborne Limited will be there to provide all the legal support you need. If you face investigation or charges for any of the above offences or any other matters please contact us immediately. If you receive a summons to appear in the Magistrates Court we will be able to help.
