I was on Legal Aid so it's important to know that you don't get a service whenever you want it. When you think about it then that's quite fair really. What I mean is - you can't expect them to be available at all times - they will get back to you when they can. Fair enough.
Angela - my instincts on her were spot on. She listened to a 999 call and said it was shocking what was coming out of his mouth. When I eventually listened to it she was so right. She's street smart and that's very important. I did panic near the start of the trial but she was always calm and she said from the very start that the CPS case was not great. I trust her to do the right thing for her clients. David came to my home and was polite and easy going. Have patience - they know what they're doing.

Averted a horrible situation brought on by an overzealous railway company chasing details of historical student railway card - a wining result within 3 days.! Nathan provides an impeccable service, which allowed me to avoid a fine and a criminal record, and receive only a warning letter. He was calm, clear and gave an accurate picture of my chances of success. He also quickly clarified a lot of misconceptions I had regarding potential penalties, which greatly reassured me. And crucially, he drew on his deep knowledge and experience in this area, to inform me of the mitigating circumstances TFL are most receptive to, and in turn, the strongest parts of my case and which pieces of evidence we needed to provide and highlight. Without this insightful appraisal of the situation, I would not have responded to TFL anywhere near as effectively, and think I would most probably have been prosecuted. The process was remarkably efficient and speedy, and I received prompt responses throughout. The only reason I picked Nathan was because of the reviews on here, and I would urge you if you're reading to do the same - it's worth it.

I was advised by nicola hutchinson of reeds bristol,a partner in the company, who was with me at the police interview.She totally misled me throughout the process,so much so I do agree with a previous reviewer who believed she was in league with the police.Please avoid this company if you want impartial advice and you value your freedom.

The team at Reeds and mostly Dana were paramount to getting this case dismissed. At a time where communication from the police was extremely lacking, Dana, Kate and Annie worked hard to provide me answered. A comprehensive statement to the CSA got this case rightly dismissed.
