GS were recommended by my financial adviser. The team were great from initial contact by Aimee, to Becky who come to my home & was very professional but also v friendly & put me at my ease...
I would rather have been quoted £750 so I could factor in additional £100 to my costings.

Gilroy Steel were the solicitor of choice during our equity release procedure, we were very happy with the 2 different solicitors that came out to our house for advice + signing of associated paperwork required. Reasonable costs + very helpful whenever we contacted them. Would recommend.

We recently sold our house in Thrapston through Gilroy Steel. Our conveyancing was handled by Donna Walker, and she was outstanding throughout. One of the parties in our chain was somewhat challenging, and a less-professional approach might have led to its collapse, but Donna navigated the issues brilliantly, in doing so taking a lot of stress away from us, ultimately resulting in the successful sale of our home, for which were are immensely grateful. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I went to see one of the solicitors here who was condescending and arrogant about a family matter. He told me I should go see my GP not a solicitor. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and professional solicitor for family matters.
