Empathetic and professional
The understanding of their clients situations, we experienced an abysmal scenario on completion day which made our lives incredibly tricky for 3 days, we were emotionally and physically broken/unstable from the cause of it but Vicky provided a solution for us which made it easier. Without her understanding, empathy and professionalism (in a situation that wasn�t hers/harrowells doing really) we would have struggled, we were so grateful for her.

We were recommended to Harrowells by our agent and for good reason, they were very efficient. The property we were buying was subject to probate and and we needed a very experienced firm of solicitors. Nicole Dawson did a sterling job navigating a challenging house move with aplomb.

We went through our first house purchase with Nicole and it went as smoothly as we think possible.
She kept us fully in the loop and was more than happy to discuss matters, both via email and over the phone.
When it came to documentation and contact with the other party all was done effectively and in a timely manner. With then information communicated back to us in a concise and understandable way.
