Empathetic and professional

The understanding of their clients situations, we experienced an abysmal scenario on completion day which made our lives incredibly tricky for 3 days, we were emotionally and physically broken/unstable from the cause of it but Vicky provided a solution for us which made it easier. Without her understanding, empathy and professionalism (in a situation that wasn�t hers/harrowells doing really) we would have struggled, we were so grateful for her.

It has been a delight to work with Fiona Fawcett. Upon meeting, I could tell she was going to be the person I was seeking to do a good job. Friendly, welcoming and smiley, she made the process of drawing up my Will, easy. Fiona listened patiently to my requirements and took note of everything that was important to me. I felt valued. She spent a long time explaining everything I needed to know about the process of making a Will as well as the present laws around such matters.
