I contacted Harrowells following the sudden death of my husband. From the first phone call the firm were professional yet approachable. They guided me through each step, explained things in a humane way and were highly responsive to any queries I had. I felt that I was getting a personal service throughout the process and that they took the time to understand my story. Richard and his team are well aware of the trauma clients go through, his experience led me through to a successful claim. I will always be grateful to Harrowells, they made a very difficult process a lot easier to go through. Thank you.
