First rate service

Having only fairly recently moved into our last property, my husbands unexpected death necessitated me moving again to a smaller property, nearer family. Alister and Rachael helped me every step of the way with their professionalism, kindness and by being at the end of the phone whenever I needed answers to, what were sometimes, fairly basic questions and face to face when needed. They made selling and buying both properties as stress free as I could ever have had hoped for. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.

Clark Willis (Northallerton) recently looked after the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. We used ClarkWillis solicitors for our conveyancing when moving house. Faye did a fantastic job navigating the issues which arose on this somewhat difficult transaction. Due to the nature of the purchase, there were significant issues which has to the chased down and were with speed diligence and detail. The other real positive was the support we were given when it looked like things were going a bit ‘pear shaped’. This even involved phone discussion on a Friday evening. I have recommended them to a friend who received the same service.
