First rate service

Having only fairly recently moved into our last property, my husbands unexpected death necessitated me moving again to a smaller property, nearer family. Alister and Rachael helped me every step of the way with their professionalism, kindness and by being at the end of the phone whenever I needed answers to, what were sometimes, fairly basic questions and face to face when needed. They made selling and buying both properties as stress free as I could ever have had hoped for. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.

We recently purchased a property from a bank following a repossession in Northallerton.
The bank stipulated a tight deadline following our offer before which we were vulnerable to counter offers.
Clark Willis and in particular their solicitor Faye Edemensen dealt with the conveyancing in the most efficient and professional manner. The service provided by Faye combined charm with attention to detail, realising the urgency of our position. I cannot praise her highly enough.

Excellent solicitors in Northallerton. I absolutely recommend Clark Willis. We have used them on 4 occasions in the last couple of years for buying a house, selling a house, writing our Will and for legal advice and on each occasion Faye and Alistair have been friendly, efficient, proactive and approachable.

Faye Edemenson and her staff handled the conveyance very quickly and efficiently. She is friendly and approachable and always got back to me via email or phone very speedily whenever I had a query.
