Professional Help with a difficult divorce

When my original solicitor left the firm one of the Directors, Tanya Bloomfield, took charge of my case until someone else could be recruited. I found Ms Bloomfield to be confident and professional and I was satisfied with the way she progressed my case. Later Karen Young was appointed and took over my case. Ms Young added personability to the handling of my divorce and steered it to a successful conclusion. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service given by Clark Willis.

My sister recommended that I use Clark Willis Solicitors when I was selling my house as she had also used them for her conveyancing. Alister Jones was in charge of my file and the process took an extraordinarily long time due to complications in the chain .... which was out of our control. However Alister kept me well informed along the way and reassured me when I thought it was never going to get to completion.
Rachel the conveyancing assistant was also very helpful and polite.
I would absolutely recommend Clark Willis Solicitors.

House purchase ups and downs.

We bought a house which had to go through probate twice. The purchase took 6 months to get over the line. There was a lot of ups and downs over the 6 months. Rachel Kilcran was our solicitor from the Darlington office, she was very polite and professional and did all the legal work for us. It was a slow 6 months wait then a hectic last few days especially the last day to close the sale. We got there in the end though. Thanks.

I have used CW solicitors but specifically Alister and Rachel for my last 3 mortgages/Remortgages.
The reason i keep returning is because both my wife and I are extremely well looked after by Alister and Rachel. They are extremely thorough in every aspect of their work.
