Negligence and arrogance
This company, actually its owner, is reported to solicitors regulation authority for poor service and negligence, failure to act in the best interests of their client.
They failed to register my property for me, during 1.5 years of constant chasing. They just not bothered, they taken their fees and don't care anymore.
