Slow and inaccurate

We used them for conveyancing. They were extremely slow and hard to contact, also made mistakes with duplicate requests. Eventually the buyer pulled out.

Really professional

I was represented by Neil Douglas regarding harrassment charges.

I found him very approachable and reassuring and his advice was very clear and concise.

He presented my case to magistrates with confidence and clarity and was able to secure an Absolute Discharge. I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism and diligence of Mr Douglas and I really can't thank him enough.

Do Not use this company

do not use this company, i recently had a bill of these unfortunately i had a problem with my bank account going on in my personal account so i was unable to get money out of my bank account. i contacted them via phone and was transferred to the receptionist, all i can say is wow i have never been spoken to so badly in my life. i was told the lady i had to speak to had left for the day the receptionist then turned round to me and said well you better call back tomorrow or you will be getting a ccj, i was so shocked i then asked for the lady's name and she hung up on me. i then called back to speak to a manager and was told i would get a call back the next morning at 9:30. just had a call from credit control no manager and she wudn't let me speak at all all she did was go on and on. they have not even listened to what the woman said to me sorry but a professional solicitors should not go on like that! there attitude is appalling. solicitors are supposed to be professional this company is by far the worst i have ever dealt with. i am going to contact trading standards and the newspapers this morning about them i would advise every1 to use another firm is not a satisfactory.

Great win against the Met Police

I approached maybe more than ten legal businesses and one total failure before a contact suggested Watson Woodhouse. It appeared that the majority do not want to take on cases against the police. Sarah Magson from WW took on my claim for injury during transport by the Met. She took it on a ‘No win no fee basis’. I would recommend her to all seeking a winning team. Even when one barrister refused to assist, Sarah persisted and found a barrister prepared to act without upfront fees. She was always prompt to respond, on one occasion her email reply came back during the weekend, that is client support of the highest level. In a video linked court case, the driver of the police vehicle had memory loss, acceptable. The escorting police officer fabricated his witness statement, my barrister took him apart. He had failed to follow Policy rules applying to the transport. My case took nearly 5 years to get to court, but some of the delay was Covid 19 related. So if you need a real fighter to champion your legal claim, go to Watson Woodhouse.
