Due to the expertise of Michelle nurse , we finally achieved justice for my late husband . York and Scarborough nhs , finally admitted Full liability , and an apology given , due to their failure to refer my husband for cancer investigations , when a mass was showing on his X-rays, which was assumed to be a chest infection, which in fact was stage 1 cancer . Michelle was friendly, professional and sympathetic to the situation. Michelle achieved what would have been impossible, to do on my own . I cannot thank her enough .
