I was in the fortunate position that non of my friends or relatives had needed a medical negligence injury related solicitor, but, this of cause, made it that no one could recommend anyone.
Enter Google. My husband, on my behalf, scrolled the Internet and diligently read reviews. Together we chose Hudgell Solicitors based on those reviews.
I know from previous experience in using Solicitors with Probate and house purchasing how the wrong solicitor can make a stressful situation worse and costly. This with Hudgell was not the case.
Matthew Gascoyne was my appointmented solicitor. My case was taken on, on a no win, no fee contract.
I found Matthew diligent, empathetic and compassionate. I also felt that no stone was left unturned in fighting my corner.
I never at any point felt let down, or being led down the wrong path.
He kept me fully informed on each situation that arose. He always updated me and discussed the different options I could take.
In my opinion I made the right choice and strongly feel that you would not go wrong by choosing Matthew for your fight, which unfortunately it will be. Good luck.
