Terrible

To be written . I am in the process of writing this review and approaching the ombudsman. Our complaint was ten pages long followed by a further 20 replying to their response and further with client care who did not reply in detail to our replies. Our complaint was to no avail and i found client care biased and their information from solicitors far from true. But still client care would not reconsider. I would not recommend them to anyone. And will be writing a very detailed review.
