Six months to NOT arrange a house purchase
Didn't begin the process for six weeks after receiving all the sellers information. Asked questions that could be found online (eg: is the flat in a conservation area), also asked questions that constituted requesting advice for her client, therefore putting the vendors solicitor into conflict. Indicated they were ready to exchange mid-July, silence for one week then sent through a whole bunch of other questions which should have been asked three months previously. Tried to blame the vendor's solicitor for delay (I had seen ALL the correspondence and know this was not his fault). Went completely silent and wouldn't respond to phone calls or emails. Flat purchase finally collapsed four months after being given full details and all the help she needed. I don't believe she knew what she was doing.
