Help with Holiday dispute

My Partner and l had been trying to sort our dispute out with a holiday company, Victoria smart looked at our case ,went through all the information, and explained all the technical Jargon used , and we have been able to move forward with our claim ,we had been in limbo for over a year in dispute, l would have no hasstation in highly recommending Victoria or Simper law limited to any of my friends or business associates

Dedicated and Honest Solicitor

Victoria helped my brother in law with a personal injury claim when he was knocked off hos bike by a car on a forecourt. He was told he didn’t have a case but after I introduced him to Victoria she assured him that he did have a case and she proceeded on his behalf and got him the compensation he was due.

She has also handled debt recovery for my business with great success. I can’t recommend Victoria and Simper Law Highly enough

Outstanding Commitment & Service.

I first met Victoria Rose-Smart when I had another firm dealing with my personal injury claim! It wasn't till Victoria left that firm, that I realised the level of service & commitment she afforded me. I moved my case's to follow Victoria so she could continue to act for me. Victoria truly is an excellent Solicitor & won both my case's through her knowledge & interpretation of personal injury Law. I was so impressed with the service I received through Simper Law, I & my partner decided to use Kim Simper for our Wills through there partnership with Cancer research & then went on to have our Lasting Power Of Attorneys with them. I can not rate Victoria & Kim highly enough. 20 Million Stars from me.

Thinking about your death or the death of your spouse are not the thoughts of choice to be fair.
Finally growing up and being sensible Kim guided my wife to be and I through the process. Made us think logically and set our minds at rest that our affairs are in order for all circumstances.

APPALLING.....no reassurance, ignored!

Selected Simperlaw to complete mirror wills through the WillAid scheme. Although the initial meeting went well the second copy of our draft wills went missing in the post. Contacted Kim Simper with my concerns, to which I heard back nothing. Again contacted with my concerns that private information had gone missing....again not a peep out of Kim. Appalling service....ignored my very genuine concerns of data breach.
