Awful.

Inefficient, they just fob you off...tell you they'll do something and then don't.
Left enquiries to the last day before they go on Xmas break knowing full well that our vendors need to sign before Xmas. Kept telling us it would be done the week before and still nothing. You'd think you weren't paying them for their service. Stressful, they don't care and I'd never recommend. Go elsewhere.

Stress at Work Claim

Chris Turner, Co-Head of Personal Injury at Fosters Solicitors, dealt with my stress at work personal injury claim, on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis. From our very first contact, Chris was professional, understanding, and highly motivated in my case. With Chris, I felt believed and heard, something that my ex-employer had completely let me down on. Mine was a difficult case, and one that other firms had not been willing to take on. Chris overcame many obstacles in my case to secure a successful settlement. What sets Chris apart, as well as being a truly knowledgeable legal professional, is he genuinely cared about me and my case.

My case was a lengthy one, mostly due to an unreasonable defendant, and the civil court system being woefully inadequate. Chris supported me every step of the way and was highly communicative, always keeping me informed.

My case eventually settled, and I was pleased with the outcome. I found Fosters Solicitors to be a very professional firm, who really cared and provided a great service. I would not hesitate to recommend Fosters!

Chris went above and beyond during my case and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Chris in a heartbeat. A note to Fosters, I'm sure you already appreciate Chris, but, if I were you, I'd hang onto him – he's a keeper!

Negligent

My experience of Chris Brown Fosters Solicitors Norwich is that they are inept, bungling, careless, slipshod and try to wriggle out of their 'mistakes'.

Mainly punctual and helpful

We were working on a deadline set by the vendors, and, although there were some bumps in the road that held up proceedings, Fosters managed to stay on target and get completion finalised within the timeframe we needed. There were some occasional issues, however, with regards to communication. Specifically, certain emails lacked sufficient detail, leaving us, as mere first-time buyers, anxious and confused. However, assistance and guidance was always eventually provided to help us understand, even if the help was sometimes delayed.

Personal Injury Claim

I found Chris Turner at Fosters extremely helpful. He was always contactable and was willing to go the extra mile in resolving my personal injury claim. My case was complicated in that it comprised an employment issue as well as a personal injury and Chris liaised with a different department of Fosters to ensure both cases kept on the same page and a combined settlement was achieved.

All you could ask for!

I had a car accident about a year and a half ago and originally was referred to Irwin Mitchell through the insurers, who where very poor and didn’t help or seem to have much interest in my claim. After a recommendation from a friend I contacted fosters and was promptly set up to have a 1 on 1 meeting with regards to what fosters can do for me and my claim. Even after the initial hour meeting I was more confident and had all my questions answered that the previous firm ignored. Chris turner dealt with my claim and has been exceptional throughout the process keeping me updated with every single detail of information as the claim progressed, if I wasn’t sure about something or needed advice he was more than happy to call me or arrange a call to speak to me. I am very delighted to have been referred to fosters as my claim settled for over 4x the amount the previous firm wanted me to settle for. I very highly recommend fosters if you want informative, professional and stress free solicitors. Absolutely amazing service and can’t thank them enough! Chris turner is an impeccable solicitor and an asset to fosters.

If your buyers or sellers are using this solicitors - WALK AWAY NOW!

If you are saddled with a buyer or a vendor who use this company STOP! It's not worth the stress and agro. They have a misogynist approach to other solicitors who are female.
So incredibly disorganised they had to get someone in to sort out the messes. Take on too much work and then the delays stack up. Even sending correspondence to addresses that people have advised have been unused for 4 months.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS FIRM THEY WILL DESTROY ANY FAITH YOU HAD IN HUMAN NATURE!

Accident at work claim

I would like to compliment the service I have received from Chris Turner at Fosters Solicitors. I was feeling very vulnerable and overwhelmed in my first meeting, but was quickly reassured. Sound advice throughout with clear and responsive communication.

Thank you so much for helping me to win this case with a good result so I feel I can move forward.
