In my experience with Drummond Miller I found the general marketing was as expected, especially during a very buoyant market but no more by way of suggesting virtual tour or video. It would have been helpful to have received an email just to confirm on receipt of the offer by a verbal phone call. From then on in the I found the legal service very poor with little or no communication until I had to chase up for the updates. it took a good while for my conveyancer to find out which solicitor was acting for the buyer of my house and even then it was myself who had establish that for DM. I found the whole experience with the DM legal team very dissatisfying to the point I had express my dissatisfaction to a senior partner but that in its self seemed impossible as a receptionist would only direct me back to my conveyancer dealing with my case. In the end I managed to find recourse with the chairman who was very reluctant to return my calls.
