This review is for a different branch.
I was initially concerned about the SPJ notice I received from TFL regarding my ticket. I had intended to print my ticket before boarding the train, but unfortunately, the ticket machine was out of order. Although I paid for my journey, I later forgot to print my ticket at next station due to being in a hurry and was approached by a revenue officer in London overground. Following that incident, I became anxious about the possibility of a criminal record and how it might impact my professional life.
In my search for assistance, I reached out to several solicitor firms, but I found many to be unhelpful and dismissive, questioning why I hadn’t printed my ticket and suggesting that my chances of success were slim since TFL handles these cases strictly. This left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.
After conducting further research and reading positive reviews, I decided to contact REEDS. From my very first interaction with case worker Brianna, I felt reassured. Then Brianna assigned my case to solicitor Kate Macnab, who listened attentively to my concerns ,took the time to understand my situation and handled all aspects of my case. She advised me to gather some references and reassured me that I had a good chance of a favorable outcome if I could provide the necessary documentation.
I am extremely grateful to REEDS, Kate Macnab, and Brianna for their support and guidance. My case was ultimately dismissed with a warning, and I have no criminal record. I highly recommend REEDS for anyone needing legal assistance; they offer clarity and peace of mind during challenging times. Thank you for your exceptional service!
