EDC Lord was recommended by Mark Armstrong at Charrison Davis as a solicitor that would be efficient to get my sale done in a timely manner. Punam Syan was professional and efficient throughout the process with excellent communication on the phone and on email. Always did what she said she would do and always responded by return. I was always put straight through to Punam and she always responded immediately to my emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending Punam and I would definitely use her services again. Both Jasmine & Zaina provided me with excellent simplified explanations, information & vital advice for the purchase of a property which involved a chain.

I cannot speak highly enough of Adam. I found him to be extremely helpful, polite and always available to talk things through. He kept me fully updated through my sale and purchase, and I feel like he really went above and beyond. Selling and purchasing a home is extremely daunting, but
I felt very safe having Adam advocate for me, he made it practically stress free. I would definitely recommend Adam and EDC Lord and would happily use them in the future.
