This is my third transaction in about the last 20 years with Jasmine Vyas and EDC Lord & Co. On every instance, my journey has been smooth, hassle free, good advice, regular communications and a job extremely well done.
On this occasion, I am overseas and had to sell my house in the UK. Due to a miscommunication, I could not get hold of EDC Lord at the beginning of the transaction and my agent recommended me another firm. They were a nightmare and could not handle their onboarding properly and became extremely difficult to handle remotely and showed very little understanding of the onboarding laws and then abruptly dumped me. I am in the process of escalating a major complaint about them to the Legal Ombudsman.
I contacted Jasmine in a panic as it was almost 10 weeks into my conveyancing period with the unprofessional conveyancing firm. Now, I kick myself and wish I had got past a miscommunication issue and used EDC Lord & Co and Jasmine Vyas from the beginning, I would have less drama, less stress especially dealing with this sale remotely.
So professional, so courteous, so timely, applies pressure when needed, advices on practical options when issues arise through enquiries and other things. In all 3 transactions, Jasmine has come out superb. I honestly don't think you can find a better person and she is a credit to EDC Lord & Co which was recommended to me also by ex-wife's family.
Don't think twice about working with EDC Lord & Co, you won't get hassled, they won't stress you out and you get absolutely professional service. Being overseas, I am more worried about security, monies, issues as I cannot come back to UK to resolve them, but Jasmine made this a breeze.

Knowledgeable, calm and thorough approach

Jasmine & Zaina Professionalism
Both Jasmine & Zaina provided me with excellent simplified explanations, information & vital advice for the purchase of a property which involved a chain.
The seller was an elderly widow & she was overwhelmed with the smoothness of the transactions from EDC Lord.

Property moves
We recently sold our property and bought a new one and Jasmine and Zainab were involved in both transactions.
We found them both to be totally professional and dedicated to make it work even though information was not forthcoming for other solicitors.
