Absolutely avoid

If less than 1 star was available, it would have been chosen. Terrible service, poor communication to the point of no communication, fixed price that increased because a few extra emails had to be sent (refused to pick up the phone to resolve!) - nearly lost out on my dream home thanks to this firm. It was only down to our phone calls to vendors and Council that we managed to secure the sale and purchase - Naveen Palram (who apparently is no longer employed by Sethi) was the absolute pits (a lizard would have been preferable to deal with), he even contacted us after we left a negative review on completion and offered us money to retract our review as he was in worried about his reputation - Oh yes, we still have those emails, want to dispute, bring it on! Buyers, sellers...beware. AVOID at all costs.

Avoid Vyman/Sethi for conveyance work.

A straightforward transfer of funds from the sale of my parents’ home which should have required one day took 8 days of phone calls and emails before they actually transferred the funds to our probate solicitor. (This despite Vyman/Sethi being provided with authorizations and directions ahead of time).

Contacting the owner of the firm resulted in an email acknowledgement that the funds transfer had been delayed but no explanation or apology was offered for all the time wasted by my probate solicitor, estate agent, my wife and I in accomplishing what should have been a straightforward transfer.
Thus, I cannot recommend using them.

Professional and speedy

Sethi and Partnership handled my mother's will and probate in an exemplary manner. I felt supported all the time and if I had a query my solicitor was able to answer it promptly.

Successful repossession

We instructed Gurpreet Reehal in connection with a repossession and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. With Gurpreet’s guidance, we secured possession of our property and recovered our legal costs. We recommend his service to any potential client.

Neeja Maijithia was excellent. Would recommend.

I had worked with Ms Neera Majithia of Vymans while selling my property. I am very pleased to say that I found her extremely competent and a knowledgeable professional which ensured that I had a smooth ride and I was able to conclude the sale in good time. There were quite a few queries from the buyer but she kept me in the loop and was able to answer the queries. There was also a risk with a potentially defective lease which she was able to mitigate with the help of indemnity. So her experience was invaluable. Plus, she is extremely nice to deal with it, and I would surely recommend her.

Sale of Mother’s house

Would highly recommend Priti Patel at Vyman Solicitors.
She dealt with the sale of our Mother’s house very professionally and kept us updated at all times.
Always responded to enquiries in a timely manner and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Helpful and Informative

I used a company before that became part of the Vyman group and was a little unsure at the start, however I soon found that the people that I spoke to and interacted with, were very helpful and informative. The item that I sought assistance with was for a Spouse Visa which Vyman staff handled expertly throughout the whole process.

Anna and her team were excellent at the business end of the house buying process, very effective and efficient on the day of completion and the run up. As first time buyers together, we would have liked more input or communication through the buying process, but when it counted most we were very happy and pleased with the final result.

From start to finish I had an unprofessional and highly stressful experience in my property purchase. Land registry forms incorrect. Reconciliation on settlement out by a six figure sum. An utterly inappropriate and aggressive tone from Misbha Ali - who then accused me of abusive behaviour when dealing with complaint for a second time. On the whole one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional services firm. Avoid.
