Sheetal Badiani gave WORST Experience EVER!!!
Sheetal Badiani was the one who consulted me. I was completely and utterly flabbergasted and disgusted by her attitude, her lacklustre service delivery, her complete disregard for my exacting requirements and mental disability from a long term illness.
This was after I came from a long standing relationship I have with the owner Anup Vyas.
The work I required was to restructure some merger contracts, shareholder agreements and lease renewal terms and conditions, subject to conditions of the merger. All of which I was quoted at £65,000 by Sheetal and her band of clowns. I found this quote highly suspicious.
I then consulted other firms in Harrow and NW London to see if this was right. And to my shock I was quoted a mere £6,495 - £7,400 by other firms. Let me say I was completely baffled by what Sheetal and her clown crew quoted me. To that extent I confronted her and she came back with a nothing but excuses and delayed responses. She even insulted my assistant secretary and my management team. This came after some back and forth communication from her and my office.
And then she refused to deal with my partners and my management team claiming that I had gone behind her back to other firms for the same level of work for a knock off price. This simply was not the case. This was never initially about cost, it was the service levels that were severely below par. It became about cost only after she failed to communicate properly, did not tell me exactly what she was going to do and what was required of me to complete the work and then she over quoted me and tried to rip me off knowing full well that I was on a strict deadline to get this done. I was disgusted and embarrassed by the whole outcome.
I cant believe Anup is running a firm in this manner. How atrocious is the attitude of the senior staff. I never thought this firm would be run by clowns like Anup and his band of misfits and cartoon characters. I cant believe it. I had to report this to the Law Society.
And to you all, I can only say to strictly stay away from this firm Vyman at all cost no matter what issue you have or what legal service you require. Keep away and look at other firms who actually not just look after you and value clients but go the extra mile whilst not ripping you off.
I am deeply disgusted by Sheetal Badiani and Anup Vyas. I saw both of them in London a few weeks ago and they were holding each other and smitten with each other. Not sure if they are husband and wife but if these two are running the firm, good luck to them as they will both run this business in to the ground fast.
Keep away and stay away from this firm!!!
