I first met Michelle when I was in hospital, some 5 years ago. Unfortunately I had an accident and I needed legal advice. Without going into the claim I would like to recommend Michelle and her company. Not only is she professional, but she has a very caring and kind nature. Nothing was too much for her or her assistant. Every detail of the claim was explained to me, and also I was put in touch with various people, for example, barristers, who helped with the claim as well as medical professionals.
I’m writing this review as she was excellent at her job and I was informed weekly the progress. I would recommend Michelle and her team to anybody who is seeking a compensation claim. This was not an easy claim and took a few more years than expected, but I was very happy with the results. Michelle worked tirelessly and got the best result for me. I hope that this review helps others that are looking for a good solicitor who is professional in everything that they do as well as with empathy.
