Poor communication
I used Collins & Hoy for their mediation services. The sessions were handled well by Bernadette and her experience shows during the meetings. The process was dragged out longer than I thought with poor communication and a lack of urgency throughout the process. I had applied for the government scheme vouchers where I am entitled up to £500 back. Four months has passed since the mediation process finished and not only have I not received the funds from these vouchers, my queries as to the progress on the vouchers continue to fall on deaf ears. The only communication I have received back was a vauge email requesting £162 four months after I had paid the final payment for the mediation meetings, it clear as to why I owe this amount having not received all of the itemized invoices. Over all this firm is good at handling difficult mediation meetings however poor communication and unfair treatment afterwards.
