Exceptional Conveyancing Support

Manisha at Mills Chody has been an exceptional solicitor undertaking the conveyancing for my sale and purchase. She was helpful at guiding me through the process and highlighting areas which I needed to address throughout. Always approachable and did not mind explaining anything I was unsure of. Would definitely recommend her and will definitely work with her again in the future.

My case was complex, as it involved increasing my ownership stake to 100% while also adding a second owner. Despite a few hiccups along the way, we are incredibly grateful for how our solicitor, Susannah, meticulously and conscientiously guided us to a successful outcome. We deeply value and admire her patience, determination, and professionalism in both her approach to the work and her handling of clients.

Excellent support through tricky conveyance

We can’t recommend Mills Chody enough as they saw us through what has been quite a difficult house sale and purchase. In fact, having used Mills Chody for my mother in laws house sale, we decided to use them after our prior exchange fell through.
Susannah was very professional and supportive and we’re now in our new home.

Thank you for an excellent, simple, and clear service. This was my first home purchase, which went through smoothly, on time and budget. Throughout the property purchase I was supported, guided and understood everything thanks to the support of Mills Chody, especially Manisha who I spoke to often and provided exemplary support. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Mills Chody LLP's Uxbridge Road Branch's conveyancing services to sell a house. They were very professional from the word go. Ms. Manisha Gadhia was on top of the situation proactively prompting us to complete the paper work, answering questions (eventhough we were overseas) and executing the conveyancing operation on time and successfully. Will be happy to recommend their services.

I dealt with the Hatch End branch for conveyancing and Manisha was in charge of my case. She was nothing but meticulous, acting with great integrity and pace to make sure that the process could be completed as quickly as possible. She really listened and always felt she was looking out for us at each corner of a complex sale. Thanks Manisha!
