In August 2024 I instructed Susannah Crouch to manage the sale of my property in Harrow alongside the purchase of a property in Suffolk. I knew it was vital to have someone professional and experienced to oversee the largest purchase / sale I would ever make and as events developed into a 'rare' situation I feel extremely lucky to have found her. I had a first time buyer and was moving to a vacant property so naively thought this would be an easy move. My buyer appeared to be rather slow and although I received reassurances from other parties, Susannah always gave me a measured and accurate interpretation of the facts. We Exchanged contracts and awaited Completion. I hired a removal firm, packed all of my belongings and went to Suffolk. However, my buyer and their solicitor could not complete on time and a very tense and 'rare' situation emerged. I was in Suffolk with all of my belongings in storage and nowhere to stay! Susannah remained calm and clear about the next steps and she was the voice of reason in a sea of chaos. We did complete over a week later and my costs were recovered but it was unchartered territory for a lot of people and I was so grateful to have Susannah by my side. She knew exactly what to do and when to do it and I cannot thank her enough for her thorough and accurate approach. Absolutely brilliant!
