His attention to detail and clear communication were exceptional. What truly set him apart was his dedication to catering to my additional needs when it came to communication. He made sure I fully understood every step of the process, promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and kept me updated in a timely manner. His commitment and willingness to go above and beyond, even while unwell, made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. Unbelievably good communication and service from Janet-Elaine Walker

Janet-Elaine was exceptional throughout the whole transaction for my property. I was constantly kept in the loop regarding progress and no stone was left unturned. The face to face and phone call conversations I had with Janet-Elaine were extremely detailed and precise. I’d recommend her to anybody.

Worst law firm

Totally unprofessional considering they have been dealing with my late aunts probate since 2018 and to this day after changing the initial lawyer to the partner and head of the private client department, things went from bad to worse. You would think a more senior member of the team will be more professional but it’s been more of a headache getting any support. It’s now 6years since appointing them and 50k in payments of this appalling service, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I made a complaint to their grievances department a few month back and am still awaiting a response as they disregarded it and carried on like normal. Worst experience ever.
