Excellent service provided by Annabelle Bhurton! I am happy with the way she handled my matter with efficiency, accuracy and good communication. There was a slight delay due to an unexpected issue, but Annabelle took over the matter, resolved all issues and completed on time. It was a pleasure working with her. I am the Broker who arranged the mortgage for the client Kunal Patel has acted for in this purchase.
I have worked in the mortgage industry for many years and have hardly ever before been given a mobile contact number by the acting solicitor. The client was out of the UK for part of the transaction and gave Kunal permission to speak with me. The service was excellent and throughout this transaction I have had direct contact, with prompt response if my call could not be taken at the time I called. I would not hesitate to recommend Saracens to my clients, friends and family.

We had a fantastic experience working with Humairaa, who came highly recommended as a solicitor with in-depth expertise in the area where we needed support. As a local charity based in South London, we were looking for someone to guide us through the complex process of purchasing a commercial property, and Humairaa did exactly that.

BUYING EXPERIENCE

This review is for a different branch.

There were a number of initial misunderstandings, as the first solicitor we dealt with was expecting us to do the searches for her, and as her English wasn't great, there was a lot of confusion. Then there was a period of a couple of weeks when we couldn't get in touch with anybody, which was very worrying, and after I rang the firm and asked what was going on, I was finally told that my solicitor was no longer working for them and I would be assigned someone else. After this, things settled down and Taiba Iqbal took us through to completion before the deadline. So, though I couldn't say I was delighted with everything that happened, I am very grateful to Taiba for taking us on and seeing everything through calmly and professionally.
