Monika O’Donnell of BBH Legal Services was extremely efficient in guiding us through the legal requirements of our Lifetime mortgage. She responded quickly to all our emails and was always available to discuss matters if it was necessary to call. She was clear in explaining which documents we needed to provide and kept us fully informed of progress. I would be very happy to ask her to act for me again.

Absolutely superb work carried out for both conveyancing and probate. BBH Legal Services have gone above and beyond, shown total professionalism and efficiency throughout with the whole process being very well explained, I was kept updated and I have been particulary impressed at the speed of service. Throughout the whole process, Monika O'Donnell was highly professional, helpful and friendly. When we encountered a problem created by the lender's solicitor, she took the initiative and achieved a resolution which prevented any inconvenience to us. Highly recommended.
