Excellent service

I contacted Alyson France regarding an injury claim as they are a local firm to me. The response was quick and a telephone consultation was booked for the next day. During the phone call Aidan Jones comprehensively explained the whole claim process, he covered all points and answered our queries in a way that we easily understood. We had absolutely no idea how it worked, having never had cause to use the system before.
Throughout the whole process Aidan was very professional, yet approachable. He kept us informed at every stage and always supplied clear written communication. I have nothing but the highest praise for him and the Company. I would highly recommend them.
