Amazing! Honestly can’t recommend enough!

Charlene was absolutely fabulous through our whole process! Always messaging us with updates and quickly passing us through the stages - exactly what you want, your new house as soon as possible!! Super understand whenever we didn’t understand something or needed further explanation etc

Got there in the end!

I used PSR in Wallasey for the sale of my property. We completed in 3 months. Charlene handled my case. Nothing prepares you for the Conveyancing process. To describe it as archaic, infuriatingly slow and out of date made me question whether this was 2023 or 1923. To be fair, the delays came from the buyers side not ours and Charlene kept working hard and pushing for enquiries and responses from the buyers solicitors. We completed and exchanged the same day. The only reason its a 4 star not a 5 star is the process. I was happy with Charlene representing me and would recommend PSR. But be warned folks, Conveyancing is slow. But yes, happy to recommend their services. Great competitive fixed price on a no sale no fee basis.

Brilliant service from Bronwen Lloyd-Roberts

"Fantastic" service from Bronwen Lloyd-Roberts at PSR Solicitors. I needed my ex-partner's name off the joint ownership and mortgage of my home which she dealt with , she also dealt with my re-mortgage and transfer deeds etc etc. Bronwen did everything required and I am extremely grateful for everything she has done. Everything was done so professionally and I was informed at all times of the progress. I highly recommend Bronwen LLoyd-Roberts and the team at PSR Solicitors and will definitely contact Bronwen in the future if I require her services again.
