I've been dealing within a family court case, and Meggan has been the most help I've received. Always knows how to articulate the case and has always been supportive.

Jane and her team were so professional and helpful from start to finish, even though this house purchase took a little longer than most. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was always someone on hand to give advice and support.
I would highly recommend the team and the firm.

Overseas service

JOHN AND MICHEAL
Dealt with case which was application for court order to sell a UK property.
The difficulty being I live in Ireland.. In a covid epidemic.
There work was efficient communication excellent. Their advice impeccable. THEY NOT ONLY achieved a win getting the court order to sell but ensured it didn't cost me in this process by getting all court cost covered in case in result.
With me never having to leave Ireland.
Very grateful indeed and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely use again for UK proceedings. It was particularly difficult case with estranged ex it took 2 years because of ex and they kept at it and cost me personally 1000 for after services of conveyancing . But other party paid the 2 years cost court cost etc. From date of case won my house sold within 2 weeks

Poor Service from Michael Ward

Just DO NOT use this firm! I have had a claim ongoing for 2 and a half years which is fine in itself, the fact that I asked for the claim to be settled on 06/02/19 and am still waiting however is not! Getting hold of Michael Ward is near impossible and I am averaging a call back once for every 20 calls I make.
He does not reply to emails and does not do what he says he is going to do.
I have even advised that I have been diagnosed with an illness that requires immediate surgery so I do not want to be dealing with this stress anymore and he STILL has not done as he said he would.
I have made 19 calls this week and have not spoken to him once but have been told he would call me back that day every day except Tuesday when he was out of the office.

Following a personal injury at work I was assured not to worry as I would be well looked after. However my emails were ignored and I wasn't phoned back as promised. Took business elsewhere for obvious reasons.
