Avoid
This has been one of the worst encounters with a professional company I have ever experienced. Throughout the process, I had to chase up progress on my case multiple times a week, which was both frustrating and unnecessary. On three separate occasions, when I called for updates, I discovered there was additional information waiting for me that nobody had bothered to communicate.
I was sent my offer on November 11th and accepted it purely to end this ordeal. I was informed that the other party had two weeks from that date to make payment, which would have taken us to November 25th. However, when I called this morning to check, I was told payment had not been made. Out of frustration, I contacted the defendant’s insurance directly, only to find out payment had already been made on November 12th—just one day after I accepted the offer. Shockingly, Prowse had no idea this had happened.
The only reason I ended up using this company was because they contacted me automatically as I was working when the accident occurred. If you have the choice, avoid this company at all costs. They are completely useless.
