Very slow
Not the greatest experience. Took over 2 years for settlement on a none fault claim. Third party admitted liability at scene . Very low compensation awarded. Feel with a more determined experienced litigator I would have received treble the amount I was awarded. Live and learn I suppose

I used Mackrell & Thomas to complete the sale on our property which was a breeze unlike our purchase which was delayed due to the dreaded probate. I cant thank the reception staff for being so helpfull, especially Michael Ball no matter what the querries or concerns were he was always happy to assist and reassure me. From start to finish the communication was excellent. I would recommend these Solicitors and would definitely use them myself again.

Needed to have some documents notarised by a Solicitor in Little Sutton , Mackrell And Thomas were very helpful, and were very reasonably priced. The staff there were very friendly and we were able to park right outside the building.
I will use them for all my legal work now .

DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM IF IT GOES PROBATE .I TOLD THEM FROM DAY 1 JAMIE LEIGH WHAT MY SISTER WOULD DO TO ME .OVER MY INHERITANCE 3 YEARS 2 MONTHS AGO NEARLY 90K AND THIS COMPANY TOOK NO NOTICE OF ME .IT HAS COST ME 14K TO GET MY 30K SHARE .STILL NOT GOT IT ..SHAMEFUL
