Mark has considerable experience in fatal and high value claims such as serious pedestrian or road traffic accidents, and workplace accidents. As Mark has particular expertise with serious injury claims he often takes over claims from other solicitors where a client is unhappy with their service. He often deals with claims valued at hundreds of thousands of pounds. He is an accredited Personal Injury Expert and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Mark also deals with other types of litigation claims. Mark also has 25 years experience in dealing with Wills and Probate. Mark is an expert at drafting Wills, obtaining Powers of Attorney, applying for Probate and administering estates. Mark deals with probate litigation claims where there is a dispute about a Will or family assets. Mark also deals with property matters. Away from work, Mark enjoys playing and watching cricket and football and trips abroad when possible.
