Communication was unprofessional, at times up to 11 days before a response?
Failure to read information provided SIX days prior to a meeting - how unprofessional by a Junior Solicitor Robert Close , who also failed in a host of areas resulting in it having to be escalated to his supervisors!!
Even lied about information he said he had provided, again escalated to his line manager and the unprofessional approach must run through the practice as again after stating via phone she would come back to me — YOU guessed it NO response on the failures of staff under her direct control some 14 days later??????
Not the sort of professional people to seek advice from !!!
