Rhys did the conveyancing for both selling and buying our new home. He inherited our case from a colleague which was a blessing. Rhys really pushed forward with our sale and completed really quickly. The purchase of our new home was so difficult, Rhys had to deal with the management company, the leasehold and probate. He did not leave a stone unturned and responded to all requests from us (and there were lots) in a prompt and professional way. He had to work so hard in the last few weeks to get everything in order for us to proceed. I really don’t think we would have completed even now if Rhys was not on the case. He was approachable, professional and always had our best interests at heart. When Rhys was unavailable his colleague Lauren would always ensure we were kept up to date which was really appreciated.
