An excellent, personal and caring service from start to finish

Originally I engaged with RMNJ to sort a transfer of equity using Sue Forsyth and her team. The situation was a sensitive one for me personally. Sue and her team were nothing short of caring, compassionate and understanding. Even when I needed to change the service at the last minute to a sales service, they were quick to support and my file transferred smoothly.

Nicole Roberts Team then took on the sale of my property. They were professional from start to finish with regular updates and always answered emails quickly, usually an immediate response or at most a few hours and never more than 24hrs.

The team were professional, proficient and were the first to be ready to exchange in our chain. What's more, as Christmas was fast approaching, they pushed hard to get the sale over the line before the holiday break and to ensure we weren't hanging on into the new year.

I would highly recommend this company for any conveyancing matters. Kind, caring and human.

I would advise anyone who is thinking of using RMNJ to look elsewhere, I have recently used Nicole and her team for house conveyancing and due to the extremely poor level of communication and customer service I can only describe the experience as horrific. The team are most put out if you want to speak to them, enquire where you are upto in the process or why your quoted bill keeps increasing! They seemed intent on making a stressful situation ten times worse with no awareness or understanding of the level of distress they were causing.

Probably the worst experience for legal help. The solicitors are like a pack of wolves, talk to you like nothing, don't pass messages on, I begged to speak to my barrister for weeks on end, I finally gained contact, just 18 hours before my court case. This firm is not what you want when everything is at stake. You need correspondence and efficiency, this was far from it. I had a mental breakdown crying to the receptionist on how I was being spoken to. It was the PITTS and I hope people see my warning before they step into this nightmare.

Claire Gustafson and her team dealt with my house purchase and they were brilliant. Contact was minimal, which was fine as if I did have a query they responded straight away. They were very efficient and from start to finish my purchase has only taken 10 weeks. Reasonably priced as well, so no complaints from me. Would definitely recommend.
