Excellent from Start to Finish!
Gareth Brooks is a credit to RMNJ worked on our sale and purchase and completed both with minimal fuss. Having done these process before with other solicitors we are used to having to be heavily involved in the process in order to get things over the line. We didn't have much to do at all here as Gareth covered everything in a quick fashion.
Fully recommend and will use again in the future.

Fantastic Service
The service provided by Gareth Brooks at RMNJ was fantastic. If it wasn't for his technical knowledge, perseverance and determination, I honestly don't think we would of got the house sale over the line. Gareth went over and above for us and we can't thank him enough. He gave us a lot of his time and explained things in terms that we understood, guiding and advising us all the way. We felt so blessed that we had RMNJ as opposed to the solicitors the sellers had (who seemed unprofessional, unresponsive and lacked knowledge in many areas).
We ended up completing on the very last day of our mortgage offer (after this it wouldnt of been possible for us) and this was all thanks to Gareth. Highly recommend!

Purchase conveyancing
After a slightly slow start a very very speedy, prompt and proactive service. Took away a lot of the stress of buying - and there can be plenty.

Great service: thorough, responsive and timely
Gareth provided an excellent service. What should have been an uncomplicated and quick purchase turned out to be the opposite because of various external factors. However, Gareth kept things on track and maintained excellent communications with me at all times. I would recommend rmnj to my friends without hesitation.

Great work with the Land Registry
We completed 18 months previously using rmnj. When we came to remortgage we couldn't, because the Land Registry hadn't registered the purchase. Our solicitor worked with the vendor's solicitors to resolve the issue (which was not at our end) and kept us updated. They managed to resolve the situation and will now be able to remortgage in time without going onto our lender's SVR, saving us hundreds of Pounds. At a stressful time, he replied to our regular chaser e-mails quickly and patiently, which was most appreciated. An all-round positive experience, and good customer service.

Conveyancing
Gareth and the team worked on the sale of our home, dealing with the buyers solicitor who did everything by post! Nothing was too much trouble and from instructing them to completion every step was discussed, made translatable and concluded in excellent time frames. From offer to completion was approximately 10 weeks.
Following this they assisted will all land registry details on our new home.
We can’t recommend them highly enough - not only are they very professional but also ensured we completely understood the processes, what we were signing when it came to the paperwork and being really lovely people to deal with.

House sale and purchase - October 2023
We used RMNJ solicitors for the conveyancing on the sale of our property and purchase of our new home. From the first phone call to the day of completion the service was personal, tailored to our exact requirements and professional throughout. Contacting the staff was easy and they would always return emails and calls promptly. Completion day was difficult for reasons beyond our control but our conveyancer kept us up to date on an hour by hour basis and did everything to ensure the day ended successfully. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future!
