I used them for my conveyancing
I am not new to property purchases but by far using them was the most stressful thing in my life
Each update took 3 days - when I signed up with them, they did not mention this neither their auto response said each update will take 3 days.
As soon as we signed up with them, they had an auto email message saying they will try to respond within 3 days.
Every update took 3 days and in those 3 days they missed reading anything of importance
My lease said insurance is the responsibility of the landlord, yet whitehorse failed to check that and asked me to reinsure.
Avoid them like the plague
