Joanne Sworder is in my experience an excellent solicitor for residential property. I have found her to be totally trustworthy and she deals with matters in an extremely professional manner. She works to minimise any potential problems , while showing the necessary attention to detail when required. Joanne is also very knowledgeable about property conveyancing generally. The house sales which have been satisfactorily concluded have been accomplished in a smooth and effective way. I would not hesitate to recommend Joanne.

At a very difficult time , the staff guided us through what needed to be done. Obtaining probate and all the forms that were involved seemed a daunting prospect. It was such a relief to be able to leave it in their hands and know that it was being dealt with professionally.
