Poor service
Very bad communication and apparent lack of commitment. Constantly had to chase them and often reminding them of what was happening. Misunderstandings as the case was passed from one member of staff to another several times.
Even after the conveyancing was done there were still loose ends, no proper explanation for where a mortgage providers refund had gone or a formal document with the division of property value between owners. No chance getting this from them.
