Excellent service by Dipen
We had to sell my mother’s property, fortunately we had a buyer who wanted a quick purchase. We were recommended TML. Dipen immediately started processing and advising on the sale. Throughout it all he advised and supported us. As a result we had a quick sale which went through smoothly mainly due to Dipen being on top of it. Excellent service and very reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend Dipen and TML

Excellent Service from Dipen Mistry
I just completed on a sale of a HMO property. Dipen Mistry was excellent, his communication skills and proactive action were far better than any other solicitor I have used in the last 10 years, he was also knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. Unfortunately he was out of the office for a period of time and the person who replaced him wasn't good so we wasted a lot of time. As soon as Dipen returned everything was under control again and we completed swiftly. For the first time I felt like I was in a team working with Dipen, he talked to the buyer's solicitor and I talked to the buyer and between us we got things moving nicely (usually I have to chase solicitors continuously to get updates and push them to take action and ask questions, as opposed to waiting passively for the other side to reply). Thank you Dipen, your work made a real difference. I would use TML Solicitors again, only if Dipen Mistry was the solicitor assigned to the sale/purchase.

Great service
We were assigned dipen with the sale and purchase, he was very friendly and happy to help with any queries we had.
he was also very fast with replies to emails which we found helpful.
Would happily use dipen and tml in the future

House Sale and Purchase
Dipen was assigned to our sale and purchase and found him approachable and helpful in the process. He quickly replied to any queries I had on email and was very thorough and efficient in dealing with the sale and purchase. We had a few delays along the way, but thankfully will be in for Christmas with completion next week.

First Time House Buyer
Dipen was assigned to deal with my property purchase, being a first time buyer I had a few of questions and confusions but Dipen was on hand and dealt with everything, he made the whole process really easy, he was professional and friendly and helped with any queries I had, the whole process was dealt with so efficiently we have moved in earlier than what the initial expected date was, would definitely recommend

Amazing Service - Highly Recommended
