Exemplary Service - house purchase
Barinder Sangha acted as our solicitor throughout our house purchase as first time buyers and her service was fantastic, we really couldn't have asked for me. Barinder is extremely easy to talk to and was always responsive and happy to help answer questions. She constantly followed up on things and really fought our corner when needed.
I can't say enough positive things about our experience, best I can do is say I do not regret going with Equitas Law and really appreciated having Barinder as our Solicitor. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for similar services.

Highly recommended, extremely professional and very (very) fast.
Very satisfied with the professional level of service we recieved from Equitas Law Solicitors (case manged by Barinder) in the undertaking of the sale of our leasehold property - Very smooth from start to finish, kept informed throughout with immediate responses to any questions and completed a complex sale in record time (within 5 weeks from instruction!!) without any hassle at all - would use their services again and highly recommend them without hesitation.

I strongly recommend the service of Barinder Sangha to prospective buyers that are looking for a 5 star, knowledgeable, experienced, and reliable conveyancer to support their house purchase. After a few email exchanges and a telephone call, I was convinced that the process of buying my first home would be smooth with Barinder driving the process. As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge of the process, but Barinder was with me every step of the way, promptly explaining, clarifying, providing professional advice and working extremely hard to speed up the completion process. Worst experience ever!!!
Well, where to start!?!?
Worst experience ever. I have never seen so unproffessional solicitors company! Not reliable, cannot meet dealdlines - even simple ONES like UPDATES phone calls, giving empty CD with data, making constant mistakes with surnames and on the end passing wrong names to the Land Registry with no intend to correct them on time - only after our invastigation. Yes, maybe they are slightly cheaper then others, but for the hussle you will be going through is not worth it!!!! I nearly pull my hair out when dealing with these people!
