Terrible service very unprofessional it’s been a nightmare never again

The whole process was delayed due to lack of effort in professionalism I was called twice to sing documents when it could’ve been done at once I was doing all the chasing i was emailing these lot for an update which I would have to wait a few days . I also had amount deducted from the lender due to requesting an extension Which the delay was caused by these people never again will I be using this company on top I was charged more than the price I was quoted

Superb service from Shameela and team

We were delighted with the service from Bond Adams and in particular the wonderful Shameela. We had a terrible time trying to get our bank (HSBC) to remove their interest from the land we had sold at auction so that we could complete. Shameela was dogged to say the least, and gave my parents very regular updates and constant reassurance, all the while communicating with the buyer’s solicitors to make sure they did not pull out, and chasing down HSBC. We would not hesitate to recommend Shameela and her colleagues for conveyancing matters.

After, my dealings were with Zaakirah and Rabia; both were efficient and gave me an excellent service. There was an issue with the completion statement (which was not their fault) and they handled it efficiently and professionally.
