After sales care, poor.

Just not a terribly helpful firm, once they have completed and got their payment they dont seem to help much.

I currently dont know if my name is on the lease and the freehold hasn't responded to the notice given by the solicitor. now 1 year later its my responsibility to chase this. Surely this should have been completed before the purchase.
There are better firms for conveyancing within the same area.

I would highly recommend A2 solicitors nothing was too much trouble and they were very reassuring when I was stressing they kept me posted on everything and are a genuine honest company. I would definitely use them again if needed. Brilliant!
