"Scarsdale solicitors did a very good job with regards to my case to get what is expected. I was able to limit with a reduced penalty for a serious driving offense. Shazia's team did a wonderful job at my court's sitting. Unlike some of my mate, from other Solicitors, they have 2-3 court appearance before bail. I only had one sitting and was successful, i mean a brilliant outcome.
I also informed Shazia i got a supporting document to add to my pending application in HO. She asked me to forward it to her email asap, so she could send it to HO.
Thanks Shazia, your positive energy is topnotch.

I used Scarsdale Solicitors prevoiusly, many years ago and my case was thrown out. I reached out again as I had got myself in a mess unintentionally. Within an hour of posting this, the refund has been issued in full, thanks for clearing that up.

Had a call with Shazia about a motoring offence on Friday 13th December, she was very helpful (if laying the potential consequences on a little thick) until I started having second thoughts on using the service at the hefty cost of £3000. At this point she started questioning me as to why I'd suddenly changed my mind. As my deadline to plead was over the festive break, and Shazia expressed concern that if she didn't start work that day it may impact my outcome, we agreed that I could pay £200 for her to start work on the case that day (which did not happen), and that if I'd changed my mind by the following Monday then I can have a "full refund". On Monday 16th December I notified them of my decision to not use them, and requested a refund, which I am yet to see. They are also trying to refund me only part of the money I paid, claiming that Stripe, the payment service (which it is their decision to make), charges them a fee, and so I would be refunded only £195.80. I was told this was passed to their accounting team on 30th December, and am yet to receive a reply to any emails chasing them. I have no doubt, from the many other reviews, that Shazia is an excellent solicitor, and I hate to badly review someone who provides a service to people in need, however the lack of communication and general courtesy of this firm should be made known.
