I have not used Vincent's before but they were recommended to me. It proved to be a sound recommendation, as Jenny and her team provided a first-class service at a competitive price.
The whole process was very smooth and the completion happened exactly as they had promised.

I was in a position of finally selling an inherited house and as I was struggling to find a Solicitor that would not prolong the process and charge for every call above one a week during that process. I asked the Estate Agent who without hesitation recommended Vincents, and I am so please they did. Right from the start they turned everything around as soon as they had it in the inbox. No time wasting at all and the whole process from first offer to completion took 2.5 months, even though the 2 weeks of Xmas got in the way! Vincents obviously are a very thorough and efficient team and make the most of technology available to speed up the process and they show what can be done. They have a very strong and effective team and were all very reassuring during the whole process.

We live abroad and were appointed executors of a dearly departed sister's will. As we were also the only beneficiaries and, whilst mourning, had also to deal with disposal of a property and all her belongings, the task was overwhelming and we needed both practical help and emotional support. The fact that Vincents stated that communication could be conducted virtually was of primary importance to us. Sarah McCarthy was therefore appointed after an initial Zoom meeting. She took us under her wing and was both empathetic and invaluable in all matters of probate and explaining UK regulations regarding the sale of the property.

We had been recommended this solicitor from our estate agent and they did not disappoint . Everything was done rapidly and within the time scale provides .
I would like to personally recommend Kieran as he went above and beyond on the completion date as he was dealing with this alone and ran into issues with the bank but managed to get it sorted before the end of working day!

Extremely happy with the service I received from my conveyancer to help purchase a house. I may have been lucky that there was no chain but everything was done quicker than I expected.
