I dealt with both Samantha and Kieron throughout buying our first family home, they were both informative, professional and helpful.
Samantha answered any questions we had throughout the process and made sure the transaction was smooth and easy. I can’t thank her enough for making buying our home stress free. I had direct contact with Samantha for my purchase and knew what stage we were at throughout due to the exceptional communication from both her and her team.
It was lovely to deal with both of them at Vincent’s and they are a credit to the firm, would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancer.

Helped a lovely old lady friend of mine

I have a friend who is 84 and decided it was time to downsize her home to a smaller and more manageable home. My friend is Deaf and needs to lip read and Nicole was absolutely perfect in working with and helping my friend. Nicole took her time, paid attention, was attentive and caring and sympathetic to my friends needs.

I would highly recommend Nicole every single time for any legal matters.

I have been through a number of house moves over my life and would recommend and/or return to Ms Chrisham every time. Professional but friendly and approachable. Contact and communication was exemplar with updates even when there was little change that week. Vincent's Solicitors were great to work with, reasonably priced and efficient, (its rare you get all three). At a stressful time they made it as easy and straightforward as possible. Cant rate more highly. Simply put we felt looked after

Moving home is supposed to be the most stressful time of your life and Kieran’s dedication and time made the process stress free.
