My daughter has just used this firm for the sale and purchase of 2 properties. Their communication is very poor. They don't return calls and their billing system leaves much to be desired. Right at the beginning of the process my daughter asked for a breakdown of fees for both the purchase and sale. She was sent a detailed breakdown of what she thought was all their fees. When the final bill came in, it was over £1000 more. She's asked for a review of this. That was 6 weeks ago and up to now she's still waiting for a response.
