I was spoken to inappropriately, my case was not dealt with effectively paperwork was lost and overall the business is not well led in the slightest! Also, sending in appropriate messages out of hours is highly inappropriate!

I had a very difficult personal injury claim that was declined by other law firms but Penn Faraday decided to review my case and brought it to a successful conclusion. I am extremely pleased with the manner of their services, they truly cared and were courteous with me throughout the time they were processing my claim. The solicitor Mr Younas was always a phone call away and always patiently explained the situation to me. Overall, I would highly recommend this firm to anyone for their brilliant services.
